Leaders see uncompetitive pay and benefits as the top factor (38%) for workers leaving their organisations, while European workers rank this fourth in their reasons for moving on. It could be that executives are reflecting on past drivers of disappointment while talent is looking forward. Whatever the reason for the disconnect, it’s crucial leaders get on the same page quickly to ensure they don’t lose their best people.
