This report, prepared in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 Standards, includes responses to the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) framework and is informed to the UNGC annually through the Communication on Progress (COP).
The report covers sustainability metrics and narrative for the 2024 calendar year (January 1 to December 31, 2024). It also includes aggregated data and insights from previous years and planned activities for 2025. Primarily, it focuses on our global operations under direct operational control, examining our impact across the value chain, including specialty services and business partners.
Data collection was a collaborative effort led by the Corporate Sustainability team, with contributions from relevant operational areas within Kelly. The Internal Audit team reviewed the data, and disclosures identify any estimations. The report specifies detailed assumptions and secondary data or disclosures are in the Sustainability Data Table.
This report adheres to external non-financial sustainability assessments like CDP and EcoVadis and includes financial disclosures filed in our latest Annual Report on Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Figures in this report may be rounded to the nearest whole number and minor discrepancies may occur in totals or percentages due to this rounding process. Note that the content is not subject to external verification or auditing by any third-party organization.
