One of the 2022 priorities I feel very strongly about is that everyone belongs and everybody contributes. That’s a principle and a belief that I have. I think that an inclusive workforce, and people who are investing in inclusion and a sense of belonging, are more innovative, more creative, and they’re likely to be more engaged.
